While I want to go everywhere, there are a few destinations that I’ve been dreaming of visiting. In no particular order, here are the places I’ll hopefully one day get to experience. This is not an all encompassing list, but has some of my top destinations!
Australia
This has been my number one travel destination wish for as long as I can remember! It’s definitely a long journey, but if I could go anywhere in the world, it would be to Australia.
Switzerland
Lucerne, Geneva, Zurich, St. Moritz, the Swiss Alps! They all look like a dream!
Santorini, Greece
I spent a month in Greece while in college, but we didn’t get to go to the islands. This has always been a dream. I was supposed to take a cruise to Santorini in 2021, but it was cancelled due to COVID.
Bermuda
I love to cruise, and this is one destination I’d love to visit!
Antarctica
I was recently introduced to Quark Expeditions, and while it wouldn’t be a cheap journey, this is an adventure that I’d hope to one day get the chance to experience!
The Maldives
This looks like such an amazing, relaxing place to visit. And recently, Instagram keeps recommending pictures taken in the Maldives. I’m taking it as a sign that I’m meant to go!
The Remaining States
Growing up, we took a lot of road trips throughout the United States. Currently, I have only 9 states left to visit before I’ll have traveled the entire United States. One major road trip from North Dakota down south, and a trip to Hawaii are all that’s standing in my way! The states I have left to visit are AZ, HI, ID, MT, NV, ND, UT, WY.
Somewhere Random
I have a crazy dream of throwing a dart at a map and traveling to that destination. There was a time in my life when I wanted to go to the airport and buy a ticket to where the next plane was heading, but I realize now just how expensive a same day plane ticket can be…so the dart is my newer version of the same day plane ticket!”
